Why Should You Choose An Urbini Car Seat?

    urbini car seat

The Urbini Sonti is a lightweight, affordable rear-facing car seat with adjustable and comfortable features. It has a three-position hip strap, four-position shoulder strap, three-position crotch strap, four-position recline, and a preemie/infant removable insert.

The five-point harness system provides excellent protection for your child by transferring the impact to rigid body parts, such as the shoulders and the hips. This prevents injury to the body’s soft tissue, like the abdominal organs. If you’re looking for a cost-effective option that will not only last you throughout your child’s first year but will also not compromise your child’s safety, then this product is for you.

    Pros and Cons

There are several pros of purchasing this product:

    • Affordable
    • Connects easily to Urbini strollers
    • Features a 4-position recline system with an easy-to-read color indicator
    • Lightweight
    • Easy to install

However, there are also some cons that you must consider before purchasing it:

    • Rear-facing only
    • Only usable for infants
    • Does not attach to non-Urbini strollers
    • Does not attach to a base other than Urbini
    • Only purchasable at Walmart, so the availability might be limited
    • The seat cover is not washable

    What Does It Come With?

The Urbini Sonti has a Urbini Car Seat Base and a removable preemie insert. It also features an energy-absorbing foam surround. It has a 5-point harness with comfort pads as well. You may also attach it to a compatible stroller.

This car seat is compatible with the Urbini base. Regarding compatibility with strollers, the Urbini Sonti can easily attach to strollers produced by Urbini. The Urbini Car Seat and Stroller systems you can use include:

    • The Emi travel system
    • The Omni Plus travel system
    • The Reversi stroller
    • The Swiftli strollers

However, it does not attach to strollers made by brands other than Urbini.

The seat shell and harness can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. The harness straps should never be soaked or immersed, as this can weaken their integrity.

You should not clean the Urbini Sonti shell and harness with bleach or other abrasive cleaners. You can wash the buckle in warm water. It may collect dirt, food, and debris, so it is essential to inspect it. Do not use detergents and lubricants when cleaning the buckle.

While considering a car seat for your infant, I’m sure you will need clarification on which product and brand is the best for you. I’ll compare some of the most commonly used car seats with the Urbini Sonti and see which option is best for you.

Which One Of These Should You Choose?

Each car seat has its own features, benefits, and drawbacks. I prefer the Urbini Sonti because of its cost-effectiveness and compatibility with my Urbini strollers and base. You may choose from the other options if you do not have Urbini Strollers or bases.

The Britax Boulevard ClickTight ARB and Britax Marathon ClickTight ARB provide amazing quality and features. Still, they are quite pricey and have average crash test results compared to the price for which they are available.

If you want the best safety for your child and do not mind sacrificing quality and ease of use, consider the Graco Extend2Fit. The Peg Perego Viaggio Convertible may be considered for a more easy-to-install car seat with a good look. It will, however, be more costly and less secure than something like the Graco Extend2Fit.

Overall, if you want the most cost-effective option and are not looking for a convertible car seat, then the Urbini Sonti Car Seat should more than satisfy all your needs.
